9.2 Gaming transaction records and financial data are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction. Communications data such as support chat logs are retained for two (2) years.

9.3 After the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you.

10. Your Data Rights

10.1 Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by phparm:

11.1 The phparm platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. phparm does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that a minor has registered an account or provided personal data, we will immediately suspend the account and delete all associated data.

11.2 If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data to phparm, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 13 so we can take appropriate action.

12. Updates to This Privacy Policy

12.1 phparm may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform features. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

12.2 Where changes are material, phparm will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the phparm platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
