You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phparm, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to be operated by a minor will be immediately suspended.
Each player is permitted to hold only one phparm account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
phparm uses certified random number generators and licensed game providers. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, collude with other players, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phparm supports GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply as stated in the cashier section.
All phparm bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonus terms are published alongside each promotion. phparm reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phparm website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.
1.2 phparm reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with phparm's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the phparm Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). phparm strictly enforces this requirement and will request proof of age at any time.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The phparm Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phparm makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to use the phparm Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have self-excluded from phparm or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform; (c) employees of phparm and their immediate family members; (d) persons who have been barred from gambling by a court order or regulatory authority; (e) persons acting on behalf of any of the foregoing.
2.4 By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2.
3.1 Single Account. Each player may hold only one (1) phparm account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. phparm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 KYC Verification. phparm is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by phparm for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phparm login credentials. You agree to notify phparm immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. phparm will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.5 Account Closure. phparm reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements. You may request account closure at any time by contacting phparm customer support.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the phparm Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phparm does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phparm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. phparm does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the phparm cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. phparm aims to process GCash withdrawals within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. phparm reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party, and you must not use any payment method that does not belong to you. phparm reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend any account where third-party funding is suspected.
5.1 phparm may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your phparm account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
5.3 phparm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. phparm also reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings where it determines that a player has abused the promotion, created multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or otherwise acted in bad faith.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting phparm customer support.
6.1 All games available on the phparm Platform are provided by licensed game suppliers and use certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable. phparm does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phparm will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. phparm's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final.
6.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phparm reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
6.4 For live dealer games and e-sabong, additional rules specific to those game types apply and are displayed within the relevant game lobby.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
8.1 All content on the phparm Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of phparm or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phparm content without prior written consent.
9.1 phparm collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 phparm may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law, and with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
10.1 phparm is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to all registered players. These tools are accessible from your account dashboard at any time.
10.2 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool or contact our support team to have your account suspended. phparm cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.
10.3 Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop. phparm enforces the 21+ age requirement strictly and does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phparm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
11.2 phparm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phparm account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phparm does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
12.1 phparm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, phparm will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the phparm Platform shall first be submitted to phparm's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or the appropriate Philippine courts.
13.3 You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
